Franklins International Ltd. is the parent company in the Franklins Group.

Franklins was established in 1837, and specialises in the design and manufacture of woven and embroidered badges, labels, motifs and identification items. We also provide logos printed on to a wide range of materials including plastic and leather. In addition our comprehensive range of products includes: Padded Woven Labels, Zip Pulls, Care and Contents Labels, Woven Lanyards, Braids, Epaulettes.

The company's factory was, until recently, based in the County Armagh town. It has now moved to the Franklins Group premises in nearby, Banbridge, County Down, and trades as a division of Thomas Ferguson & Co Ltd.

Brownlow specialises in fine household linens and gifts with a strong ethnic Irish appeal. We regard each of our pieces as an heirloom for future generations. On the whole Brownlow products are made from pure linen (flax linen). This is a traditional Irish material, used by it's people for many thousands of years. Skills handed down from generation to generation over all this time go into the making of all our linens.

Founded in 1928, the Irish Linen Guild is the official promotional organisation of the Irish linen industry.  Its main role is to promote Irish Linen in national and international textile markets as well as in the interior design and fashion & clothing industries.
