The design of this highly technically Ferguson Irish linen woven, and designed, comfort blanket was inspired by the bark on a tree in Powers Court, Co. Wicklow, Ireland.  The wool side mimicking the outside of the Beech tree bark, and the linen side mimicking the inside. This special weave has a natural in-built hug, making it perfect for keeping the chill at bay.

These linen/Merino wool blankets are 100% woven and made by Thomas Ferguson in our factory in Banbridge, County Down. These are an exclusive and unique item that you will not find in the mass market, only a relatively few of these are made every year.
